Spread out on a cookie sheet to dry. I let it dry overnight<br /><br />Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.<br /><br />Toss pumpkin seeds in a little bit of olive oil or some people like to cover the foil sheet with olive oil. Sprinkle the seeds with a small amount of salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper or your choice of seasoning. Toss or stir to lightly coat the seeds.<br /><br />Bake about 25 minutes.
